Our Organic Edamame Soybeans are cultivated in our fields in the Piacenza area (Northern Italy), using only untreated seeds and abiding by EU Organic Regulations.
Our Organic Edamame Soybeans are canned within a few hours from harvesting and processed adding only water and Italian sea salt. They are rich in vegetable proteins and source of fibers.
This process differentiates us from most of the other producers of organic canned legumes: indeed, they use dry raw materials, rehydrated before canning. This process causes a loss of flavor in comparison with freshly canned legumes like ours.
