Our naVitalo Brown Rice Sirup is a natural sweetener made of 100 % organic rice – innately gluten-free.
The sirup is obtained solely from organically farmed rice which is enzymatically hydrolysed. Specifically picked ingredients and gentle processing techniques influence the color, transparency and flavour profile.
Compared to other sweeteners our Rice Sirup has a very slight taste of its own. The biggest chemical-physiological difference is the high amount of long-chained sugar types. Those Oligosaccharides have to be split in monosaccharides, what consequentially decelerates the rise of the blood sugar level.
