We prefer the almost white cashew kernels mainly from India, the Ivory Coast and Vietnam, which have a delicate mild-nutty flavor. Large cashew pieces are very popular as nibbles, while small cashew pieces are best suited as an ingredient for muesli, salads and desserts.
