More than just natural sweetener, the dried fruit concentrates (75 brix) bring natural flavours and colours to all your preparations. Thanks to their various functionalities, they can be used a.o. as a sugar substitute and offer a shorter, cleaner list of ingredients. They provide a fruity note as well as colour to a number of applications (biscuits, cereal bars, breakfast foods, yoghurts, desserts, sauces, etc.). The syrups are concentrated at low temperature, preserving the flavour so that they can be used in applications such as drinks. Three products exist in this range : date juice concentrate “Sipa-dates”, fig juice concentrate “Sipa figs& Fruct” and prune juice concentrate “Sipa-prunes”.
