Our mission is to develop millions of marginalized small-scale farmers around the globe and connect them to local and international markets to lift them out of poverty.
We believe in fair chances for all and created a business model to support the less fortunate growers in developing countries.
Our business values and ethics are based on equality, integrity, loyalty, credibility, fairness and respect for all.
Our vision is to make the world a better place by creating new opportunities for marginalized farmers that place them, their community and their land on a more sustainable and equitable footing.
We want to lift millions of farmers out of poverty by enhancing their economic, social and environmental development. In doing so, we aim to empower small farmers to become independent, responsible and self-sustaining growers who are able to contribute meaningfully to their own local communities.
What We Do
We are passionate about developing and empowering small-scale farmers and see them grow out of poverty and beyond subsistence level.
To do this, we provide them with tailored training programs to increase crop yields and the quality of their produce. We established a unique 3-tier development program helping growers to evolve and become not only professional farmers but also entrepreneurs. Thanks to our integrated organisation structure we then sell their products directly to local and international markets through our import offices in Europe and the US paying a fair price for their crops.
We also engage in community development projects with high social impact and promote environmental sustainability by reducing our and our farmer’s carbon and water footprints.
