Saaremaa Dairy is a factory-sized organic dairy plant in Estonia and has been making cheese in Saaremaa Island since 1842. The supplying farms are situated in wild nature surrounded by sea, and the cows are fed with natural pasture resources. The land is rich in various minerals that have positive influence on the proteins of the milk. The wild orchids of the seashores make the taste of the milk aromatic and create good structure of the fat molecules. All the products are non-GMO and no artificial subsidies are used.
