The core bussines of Extra Fungi is wild mushrooms buyout and processing. Extra Fungi has started mushroom business in 1988 as family business with primary activity of buying out and processing forest mushrooms in their own facilities. Today, the company have a new cooling and processing facility with all modern and EU standards and increase activities in area of fruits and vegetables. The area of Macedonia, were the company has its operations is well known by its agricultural production.
Extra Fungi products are mostly (more than 95%) exported. Geographically most important markets are in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Holland... Bigger part of the export is for processing industry and other significant part goes for direct consumation. Based on own long term experience Extra Fungi has developed high sense for customer needs and sensitivity of the products.
