For 15 years we have been committed to the cultivation of this ancient variety of durum wheat, Khorasan, in the Apulian and Lucanian areas. This allows us to have flours and finished products, made with a short supply chain, given that all the processes of transformation take place in our land.

A valid and tasty alternative to existing products on the market is what has inspired our company, offering a wider audience a product of excellence guaranteeing genuineness quality and tradition.
