We are a small family-run bakery, having now about 15 employees. The project of our bakery originated 4 years ago from homemade hobby baking, because there was not 100% rye leavened bread of satisfacotry quality on our market.
We have developed our own recipes on wich we build. Most of our practices are done manuály and traditionally. We rely on the fact that we only bake from flour, water and leaven. We do not use any mixtures or frozen semifinished products.
In compliance with good practices and thanks to quality raw materials, laboratory tests have proven the excellent nutritional value of our products. All production processes and recipes are consulted with nutrition advisor Jakub Přibyl.
In addition to several kinds of rye bread and gluten-free bread, we also bake sweet pastries. Our muffins and cakes are whole-wheat rye flour and completely sugar-free, sweetened only by dates. Due to their vegan recipe, they are suitable for people on a diet, but also for children. We received several awards for them.
