Its gentle processing preserves all the valuable components of tea, offering the real taste of tea.

At ‘Biofach’ 2018, Hälssen & Lyon will present, among other things, an exciting extension to regular matcha ranges and an appealingly sophisticated alternative to pure matcha: MATCHA in the MIX. Blends of organic matcha with superior organic herbal, spice and vegetable powders and/or extracts – and nothing else! These exciting new taste experiences make matcha accessible for even more consumer types. The blends can be enjoyed with milk or water, hot or cold.
