Bio Beirão is a family company dedicated especially to the Shiitake mushroom cultivation (Lentinula edodes) mushroom Oyster (Pleurotus Ostreatus) and the mushroom known as Oyster Indian, Italian oyster and even mushroom Phoenix or simply mushroom lung as his scientific name means (Pleurotus pulmonarius), all made of eucalyptus logs and oak and organically. We also sell all kinds of material required for mushroom production, workshops, consultancy in the field of mycology, and of course sell the mushrooms whether fresh, dried, laminated or frozen.
Established in January 2012 from the beginning of its activity has been a concern in sustainable harvesting of trees to use for the production of our mushrooms, and extreme concern the quality of the product produced.
