We are a company of family tradition, in its third generation, with experience in the meat market and livestock management. Conscious of the problems generated by the lack of information, bad consumption habits and loss of quality, in 1999 we made the decision to turn to organic farming and production. This made us pioneers in the sector, always acting in an ethical and transparent manner, dedicating all our efforts to the achievement of a complete range of meat and processed meat of the highest quality in organic production, doing things as they always had to be done, we recover the flavor.
Our goal is to guarantee quality in a healthy and healthy product, without allergens, without food barriers. We want to eliminate gastronomic barriers, making products for any type of gluten-free and lactose-free consumer.
According to the ecological norm, the animals have dehesas, they are raised extensively with a traditional management, and consume everything that is in it. However, they receive a contribution of 100% organic cereal that is based on mixtures of cereals, seeds and oilseed meal.
The flours and seeds are roughly ground and even left whole to facilitate digestive physiology. We are certified by the Andalusian Committee of Organic Agriculture (CAAE), a product certification entity accredited by ENAC and an inspection body authorized by the European Union, in application of the control regime defined in Regulation (EC) 834/2007 on production and The labeling of organic products and their development regulations and the certification system based on the inspection and sampling in the conditions defined under Title IV of Regulation (EC) 889/2008, confirm and endorse that the indicated products are produced and commercialized under the responsibility of Campos Carnes Ecológicas. The official controls that are carried out on organic products are subject to an additional certification that guarantees the authenticity of the product and the strict compliance with said norm.
