For over 100 years, we have been producing high quality flour, keeping both a connection with our roots and a constant eye on the future.
Our dedication to Organic -we carefully produce Organic wheat, spelt and Kamut® flours, and a special line of whole wheat flours- allowed us to be one of the first certified mills in Italy, and to start special environmentally sustainable projects focused on health-issues.
Organic is for us an "act of faith" and respect to all those artisans (bakers, pastry chefs and pizza makers) and processing companies that we supply every day with passion and seriousness.
Organic flours produced in the Oasi Rachello are 100% Italian, 100% traceable (CSQA UNI EN ISO 22005) and obtained from wheat grown in "pure" territories away from sources of pollution, where we practice a sustainable, respectful and controlled agriculture.
We also pay particular attention to ancient grains of our territories, that we mill in our plant using milling techniques to preserve all the nutritional values.
Since 1901, we have been focusing on the welfare of the consumers and the respect for the environment. This is the one and only “Organic philosophy” we believe in.
