Teff is a tiny-grained ancient form of millet. It has been cultivared since old Egypt times with today Ethiopia being the largest producer.

Rice is a member of the true grass family. It is a staple food for half of the world’s population. Cultivated rice is gluten free and therefore suitable for people suffering from celiac disease.
