KULAU Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar is a natural sweetener and is recovered from the precious juice of the coconut flower. Due to its exceptional, slightly caramel flavor and its nutritional significance is coconut blossom sugar growing in popularity. It contains many minerals and trace elements, has a relatively low glycemic index and contains fewer calories and sweetness than conventional sugar. In smallholder handmade sweet liquid is harvested from the approach of the flowers of the coconut palm first.
