For many years, the attention for the sweet lupin was little. Recently the interest for this legume has been continuously growing. From a nutritional point of view, the legumes are highly valuable and belong to the most valuable vegetable proteins.
The whole sweet lupins from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania are milled to “grist” and are easy to use. They provide almost 40 g of protein per 100 g. The contained essential amino acids are indispensable for the human body. The valuable vegetable protein saturates and provides healthy energy.

Taste: finely seasoned, full-bodied.
Recommendations for use: ideal as an alternative for soya. The grains are crushed and hence can be used as grits in many different ways.
