A delicious and healthy fruit

The aromatic fruit contains vitamins from the B Group. As well vitamin A, E and C and numerous minerals. It promotes the Digestion, stimulates the circulation, drains and has an anti-inflammatory effect. However only in fresh or gently dried fruits. Pineapple juice and canned pineapple be pasteurized. The heat destroys the enzyme.

Cultivation: Tedious hand work

Our pineapples grow not on plantations, but in small fields.To create them, is a lot of work. Because the traditional axe is mostly the only work device.
