The Winery Mannira extends between the gentle hills of Marsala, the area has always been ideal for grape growing. The particular soil and climatic conditions and the constant and passionate work of our winemakers, together with winemaking techniques refined, permit the construction of great value products, appreciated and recognized in all markets.
The origins of the company refer to the acquisitions that, over time, led to the creation of systems of considerable value, both for the native grapes ( Inzolia, Grillo, Catarratto, Nero d'Avola, Pignatello and Zibibbo ) than for allochthonous varietals ( Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay ), the latter used with considerable success to confer particular characteristics to certain products. All vineyards are conducted under organic farming regime, as certified by Bioagricert Ltd., providing further confirmation of the absolute pursuit of quality that the company pursues. All the grapes are vinified in the company, with modern and sophisticated equipment but always in compliance with the age-old traditions that characterize the productions of our territory.
