SiciliaMandorle is situated in Linguaglossa, a small town on the slopes of the Mount Etna. Our Company deals with the sale of almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios, which are strictly organic and homegrown. We offer them to European and International markets.

Except the Organic Certification we are also certified Kosher, and the certifying body CERTIQUALITY guarantees us the traceability, the quality and the safety of our items through the certifications ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22005:2008.
Our main goal is to satisfy the needs and demands of our customers through the quality and the authenticity of our products. Our Company is one which is growing fast, even as a result of the last investment in almond processing machinery. In Linguaglossa, where our plant is situated, our technicians deal with the transformation of the raw material into several items, such as peeled almonds, almond flour and granulated almonds.
Particularly important is the modern peeling machine, with the potential to peel from 8 to 10 tons of almonds per day, followed by a modern optical sorting machine which allows us to be fast in identifying and rejecting foreign materials, as well as the rotten and the stained among the almonds.
After that, the almonds are further hand-chosen; then, they directly pass into the sizing machine and they are packed in 850 kg big bags or in 25 kg bags.
