Irish Country Meats is a lead processor in the Irish organic sector and offers a comprehensive range of organic lamb. As part of our ongoing and active support of organic produce we have developed relationships with all three Irish Organic Societies and are affiliated with the Irish Organic Farmers and Growers Association (IOFGA).
We source the majority of our sheep directly from farmers, ensuring a transparent link between producer, processor and end user.
Our lamb is processed to the highest safety standards, matured and then vacuum packed for freshness. Our quality standards and systems are independently verified by BRC (British Retail Consortium) and are HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) compliant.
