Island Bakery Organics is a small company based on the beautiful Isle on Mull on Scotland’s west coast. Here we manufacture organic biscuits in a purpose built factory which is powered by local sources of sustainable renewable energy.
Our electricity is generated by a hydro-electric turbine situated on a nearby river. Our ovens are heated using a woodchip boiler that uses abundant local sources of timber. This gives the biscuits a slow bake
There is a range of 6 varieties of indulgent organic biscuits. They are available in 150g cartons or 2-packs.
We also make a range of wheat, dairy and gluten free cookies under the brand name Against the Grain.
