A collection of ancient cloister recipes, organic by conviction, and for the beginnings of a ginger beverage the likes of which have never been seen before: This is Kloster Kitchen Öko Fairtrade GmbH.
We started out at organic markets and famers’ markets in Kärnten, Austria, some four years ago. After years of taste tests, and initially producing on a small scale, we are now proudly presenting ourselves and our unique IngwerTRINK at the BIOFACH trade fair for organic food. Our aim: To create the best products for sophisticated, conscious consumers on the basis of old cloister recipes, carefully selected ingredients and new ideas.
IngwerTRINK is our first product. Containing all the power and value of ginger, it is the result of plenty of dedication and manual effort, and the cloister know-how of old. All this has gone into a completely new formula – one which is perfect for modern life.
Our holistic company philosophy of sustainable production plays a major role. This is why we use only ingredients from certified organic farms and consciously forgo preservatives and artificial aromas.
