Originally established in 1997 in south country of England by Kailani and Mariano Angius, the company set as one of its goals to develop new organic foods enabling clients to produce their organic retail fine foods.
In 1998 Angius Organics was the first producer of Organic Certified Candied Ginger and later, Organic Crystallized Ginger.
In 2004 Angius Organics established a USA corporation and operates from the Unites States since, specializing in bulk organic ingredients for packers, bakers, chocolate, ice cream and drinks manufacturers and organic ingredients for retailing.
In addition to be certified organic to European and American (NOP USDA) standards and Kosher, the manufacturing sites that produce for Angius Organics have a Quality Management System certified based on ISO, IFS and/or BRC Standards.
Angius Organics controls its supplies from the farm to the industrial productions sites to unsure consistent quality of its foods supplies.
Audits are carried out even at farm level to ensure high quality standards.
In keeping with its ethics standards and to promote quality of living, Angius Organics donated several thousands copies of "The Way To Happiness" book - a common sense guide for an ethical business community - to the Chinese farmers who work in the Angius' organic ginger project.
The reasons why Angius Organics' foods taste so palatable and are appretiated, are contained in a developping procedure which also includes the following aspects:
- Study of the origin and properties of the food being developped
- Recovery of the "lost technology" which allows to make food as good as originally
- Study and development of modern technologies to produce respecting original procedures.
Another one is from a client that claimed that our supply of organic hazelnut paste helped him winning the best prize as the best truffle chocolatier in Great Britain.
The organic marzipan that we supply also won several National Prices as the best confectionary product in the United Kingdom.
