Mario Glorioso, a young and enterprising man, with his passion and devotion for olive oil derived from his experience in this field, refines his craft of harvesting, selecting and wholeselling olive oil. His personal values and his loyalty to the fertile earth of his Sicilian land, which inspired the birth of the company, have survived for more than twenty years, becoming a reference point of the industry in Western Sicily and a legacy for his children. In 2004, his son, Luigi, respecting the experience of his father, absorbed the knowledge and techniques of his mentor. Soon Luigi begins the commercialization of the first bottles of Glorioso Extra Virgin Olive. Mario’s daughter, Ilaria, graduates from the University of Bologna, Italy in Languages, Markets and Culture of Asia. She continues her Master’s degree in International Business Management in Modena, a city synonymous with food production. Together, melding their individual skills, the Glorioso family build the future for their company within the expanding market for olive oil. They continue to work diligently without compromising the traditional family values of their Sicilian origins and culture, while following the founders dream in the context of modern society.
