We produce 2 different olives cultivars, typical of our region, “Biancolilla” and “Nocellara del Belice”,which gives us the oppurtunity to produce three different types of oil, following stricltly rules thatallow us to join the IGP “Sicily” system: The 2 monocultivar and the blend, which is our flagship product, given by 70% of Nocellara and 30% of Biancolilla, the one preferred by our customers, who appreciate its intense aroma of green olives, as well as the marked hints of bitter and spicy, which make it an excellent raw dressing.And it is always our blend that is ranked in the top ten among the most appreciated oils in the "Olive oil award" of the Biofach of Nuremberg 2018, one of the most important organic salons.

We are a net of Sicilian company, born with the idea of connecting people that want to produce healty food in our island, mostly of our producers are also organic, in Biofach we will be present with the company " Bio Terrazzino" a green company, started by a retired doctor with a passion for agriculture, who decides to follow his grandparents’ activity. He had from the beginning, the intuition of practicing an organic agriculture, dedicating himself to those that are two of the most traditional fruits of our land, almond and olive, obtaining excellent results about the quality of the production.The company is located in Raffadali, a small village in the province of Agrigento, about 400 meters above sea level.Such land that enjoys a huge fortune given the quality of its fruit a unique and unrepeatable flavours.
