For almost 100 years we've been milling high quality ingredients for major food production companies throughout the world: following the seeds right through the entire supply chain, developing projects and products to meet the needs of our clients and the most enlightened consumers, designing innovative flours, and continuously meeting the challenges of constantly evolving markets and tastes.
Our flours are fully certified and satisfy the requirements of the most demanding dietary and nutritional needs of consumers: we produce raw flours, precooked flours, pregelatinised blends and semi-finished products for the food sector that are gluten free, soya free, lactose free, GMO free, as well as those specifically designed to meet vegetarian, vegan and kosher dietary needs.
Over the years we've developed over 200 different recipes for our clients, and within our mills we work with over 44 different base ingredients using 6 different process technologies to supply 80,000 tonnes of products per year.
Our products are used to make pasta, bread, breakfast products, sauces, beers, baked products, snacks and baby food: we have also taken on the responsibility of becoming the promoters of our own vision, a vision in which the land, the environment and the future seamlessly merge to create and nourish in harmony with the planet.
We have created a controlled supply chain model, one in which we play an active part to produce the foods we process, undertaken through collaborative relationships in which we share models, objectives and projects with our suppliers.
We have developed our production facilities by concentrating all our efforts into developing a know-how in which the skilful use of technology and state-of-the-art machinery works hand-in-hand with the procedures and processes that have enabled us to conduct all our activities in-house: we analyse and select the ingredients, grain by grain; we clean them using an optical scanning system once they've been carefully inspected and selected, before moving on to the various processing phases; we process each ingredient so as to enhance all its specific properties (from the taste to the colour, from the flavour to the fragrance), before finishing with the physical transformation using unique and innovative techniques.
Our production capabilities are virtually infinite: we are capable of milling and blending corn, rice, pulses and ancient grains right through to creating, in collaboration with our clients, specific and unique products that are designed to meet the needs of any industry.
