Chocolat Madagascar is fine single origin chocolate and cocoa products freshly grown and crafted by Chocolaterie Robert. Chocolaterie Robert was founded in 1940, located in Antananarivo and is led by Mr Ramanandraibe. Chocolaterie Robert and the Organic certified Cacao Plantations are owned by the Malagasy( Madagascan) Ramanandraibe group. Fine Cacao ( trinitario-criollo) has special unique fruity and citrus flavours and are grown in north west Madagascar ( Sambirano valley) and east coast ( Vohibinany/Brickaville). The group owns the MAVA Plantation, Cocoa of Excellence winners 2017 and 2019. Chocolat Madagascar has won over 40 international awards since 2014. We do not use any chemical processing ( alkalisation) and do not add flavour enhancer. We produce pure authentic traceable chocolate and cocoa products, fresh at origin. Unlike most chocolate in the world we make our fine chocolate rather like a winemaker crafting fine wine from the finest grapes at origin. We are as ethical ( fairest) as delicious, with the Raisetrade process / by growing and making chocolate and adding all the value at origin.
