Since 1953 Caseificio Gennari produces, seasons and sells Parmigiano Reggiano and,thanks to its complete chain, from fields, to breeding using its own milk, it is able to check and ensure the highest quality on final product. Recently our dairy has been restructured and enlarged in its productive department, reaching the aim to reconcile tradition and technology.
Our current daily production exceeds 70 wheels, we can offer both Frisona and DiSolabruna Parmigiano Reggiano, and seasoning ages from 13 to 101 months. Thanks to our long experience, we can supply all types of customers as well in Italy as abroad, where our product is equally appreciated and well known. Since 2017 we produce Parmigiano Reggiano certified BioAgricert. From March 2019 we have ready our Red Cows Parmigiano Reggiano minimum seasonining 24 months.
All our product can be sold in whole wheels as well as cutted, from 1/32 to 1/2 half wheels. Smallest packaging are available too form 600 gr to 250gr, in simpley cryovac or wrapped in paper. We are FSMA registred and since July 2018 we wre certified BRC and IFS. These certifications are very important for us in order to export all over the world.
