« A passion for quality » In 2016 Mango So celebrated 15 years processing mango, coconut and cashew apple with a passion for quality and a focus on service for clients in Europe and South Africa. The company, founded by Alice Riouall with a vision to process in the production area creating employment, enhance quality and ensure traceability by linking to the supply chain and integrating into the community. The company takes its responsibilities seriously supporting a range of local events and employing up to 200 workers of which 85% are women. We produce quality dried mango, jam, juice and syrup as well as dried coconut and uniquely dried cashew apples preserving the vibrant taste and colours of the fruit for our customers. Our modern factory in Toussiana has 16 locally produced dryers with a capacity to produce 250 kg per day and has continued to invest in recent years installing two new South African drying tunnels each with a capacity of 300kg per day. The story of Mango So is about a vision, a passion for quality, care for the environment, innovation, and community.
