Our company has been producing biological products since 1998 when these kind of productions were almost unknown and users of these products were considered “fanatic”. After almost twenty years even the inside market as well as now all of the “industrialized” countries of the world show a run towards a healthier and more balanced diet through the reduction of waste of natural resources respecting the environment in which we live. That’s why we have chosen ICEA as our certification body of the production (institute for ethical and environmental certification) the only Institution able to represent our philosophy about the biological field. It is a no profit consortium, constituted under articles 2612 seg. C.C. between associations and institutions operating in the field of activities related to sustainable, ethic and compatible development with the environment.
WHAT MEANS TO PRODUCE BIO
First of all it means responsibility against the consumer, starting from the supply of raw materials that are checked in advance through their biological certificate and to verify whether the regular registration of the producer at the Register of producers in turn certified by the Certification bodies present in his country. Once they have been checked at our establishment, when they are used for products they are also checked by our certifier body to verify if the are organic raw materials and if the final product corresponds to the recipes previously deposited and to the labels on the product itself. In this way the outgoing quantities can never be higher than the incoming ones, especially in the case of mixtures of several ingredients. Furthermore the person in charge of the Certifier Institution, during the production and packaging phase, picks up random samples that are sent to the analysis lab for appropriate congruity checks.
