Our spelt and chick peas flours are completely milled by us and are 100% wholegrain. Therefore they contain the greatest part of the properties present on the more external part of the grain. The pasta making is marked by a slow drying process at low temperature enabling us to keep part of the nutrition and organoleptic properties of the grain.
It´s a complete course which can be seasoned only with raw oil or butter, as among the ingredients we have used also spices seasoning the pasta, giving that unique and unmistakable taste only this pasta has.
The values of the fibres contained in this food speciality are higher than the values of a normal whole durum wheat pasta. This food speciality contains in average 25% more fibres than a normal whole durum whear pasta.
