Our fruit juices and nectar are produced and bottled directly in Peru by the Chanchamayo Highland Coffee company. Only fresh fruit from organic farming is used and it is grown by small family farms in the Junín region, located in the central part of the country.
The production process is rigorously monitored, starting right from the farm, and organic farming methods are used that have no harmful effects on the ecosystem and that help to preserve local biodiversity.
Chanchamayo Highland Coffee launched the "Organic Certification Programme for Fair Trade", an initiative which involves providing free technical support tomore than 1,700 small farmers, with the aim of improving farming methods and monitoring the quality of produce.
Training courses on environmentally friendly farming methods, corporate social responsibility and on the development of social projects that benefit the community are also organised.
The pineapple, orange, and tropical juices and the papaya nectar are produced from fresh fruit, without the use of preservatives, colouring agents and using sugar found naturally in the fruit.
