PASTA FRESCA ROSSI SRL is an Italian company from Modena producing premium-artisan-egg-pasta since 1955, traditionally manufactured respecting the culinary heritage of our area (Emilia Romagna, which has always been considered “the Italian food valley”). Like all families, ours is a great mix of tradition and innovation.
In developing our modern production process, we took inspiration from the artisan tradition of genuine fresh pasta made in Emilia: in terms of flavours, the quantity and quality of ingredients, the perfect balance between pasta and filling, and so on for all the stages of the product preparation. Furthermore, all our fresh pasta is produced using bronze dies to ensure a rough surface that perfectly embraces any sauce or dressing.
Besides our finest and traditional product lines, our firm has recently decided to take into consideration new market segments, until now largely unexplored in the fresh pasta market, particularly developing two new product lines:
- The VEGAN line, completely free from animal proteins and certified Vegan ok;
- The ORGANIC line, made with 100% organic ingredients and with whole wheat flour.
Thanks to the partnership opened with some Italian chefs qualified in vegan and organic cuisine, we reached very positive results, both in a panel of expert consumers and in our domestic market overall.
Our mission is to produce premium quality artisan products, which is why each and every one of our suppliers is carefully selected and all the raw ingredients we use are the best available on the market.
Our production process is both IFS and BRC certified, and our team is skilled and trained to get the best possible product quality as well as the maximum customer satisfaction. Indeed, besides working with important retail in our country, we are already present in some foreign European markets effectively with some distributors.
