1. What does the communication package contain?
The compulsory communication package contains the following services: catalogue entry, Internet entry (on the ask-biofach.de / ask-vivaness.de platform), basic advertising material package (100 admission vouchers, 100 visitor brochures, 500 stickers), entry in the Exhibition Guide, display of press releases in the press centre, 1 free exhibition catalogue, and online banner.For all services and details, see the Special Conditions for Participation in Vivaness 2010, item 14 (direct exhibitors), item 16 (co-exhibitors).

3. How much does a stand at Vivaness cost?
The stand prices are shown on form A of our current application forms.Top

4. What is the decoration surcharge?
Exhibitors at Vivaness are charged a fee of EUR 11 per m² for special decoration of the day-lit hall 7A.Top

5. What is the AUMA fee?
The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges you a fee of EUR 0.60 per m² of display space for representing your interests. NürnbergMesse GmbH invoices you for the amount due on behalf of AUMA. More information is available at: www.auma-messen.deTop

6. What are the assembly and dismantling times for Vivaness 2011?
Assembly:Sundy: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday
Thursday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Dismantling:
Saturday: 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Sunday: 12 a.m. to 22 p.m.
Monday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

7. What are the opening times of the exhibition?
Wednesday - Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.Saturday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

8. For which products do I need INCI lists?
If current certificates are not (yet) available for products in the segments of natural personal care and detergents and cleaning agents, INCI lists (individual declarations of ingredients) must be submitted to the exhibition team for the relevant products.Top

9. Can the stand be dismantled before the official end of the exhibition?
No stand is to be completely or partly cleared before the end of the exhibition.In the event of contravention, NürnbergMesse GmbH will charge the exhibitor concerned a fee of EUR 800 for failing to comply with regulations/provisions, and reserves the right not to admit the exhibitor to the next exhibition.

10. Will the new opening days affect the number of visitors from the specialist trade?
No, as visitor statistics have shown that the attendance of the specialist trade is spread evenly over all days of the exhibition.Top
