BioFach/Vivaness Congress 2011

How is the organic sector changing? What sales channels are catching on? How important are sustainable concepts, fair trade and social justice as sales arguments? What do consumers expect?
More than 8,000 participants discussed experiences, developments and expectations in the sector during the BioFach Congress and Vivaness Forum in 2010. Use the 2011 congress as the sector’s trend barometer and source of inspiration.

Besides the general general BioFach topics, the 2011 congress will focus on:

Fachhandels Forum
Fair & Ethical Trade Forum
Catering Forum
Textile Forum
Wine Forum
and
Vivaness Forum with papers relating to Vivaness, the Trade Fair for Natural Personal Care and Wellness

Congress times:

The congress programme starts on Wednesday, 16.2.2011, and runs throughout the exhibition until Saturday, 19.2.2011.

- CCN Ost: General BioFach Congress and the forums: Fair & Ethical Trade Forum, Catering Forum, Textile Forum, Wine Forum and Vivaness Forum
- CCN Mitte (new Mitte (central) entrance):Fachhandels Forum

Who is the congress intended for?

The congress programme with its presentations, workshops, tastings and panel discussions is intended for all visitors and exhibitors at BioFach and Vivaness.

Separate registration is not required for attending congress events and admission is free for visitors and exhibitors.

Who can submit papers?

Anyone who would like to deal with a subject that is relevant for exhibitors and visitors and present this in the form of a lecture, workshop or panel discussion. No costs are involved (please see below for possibility of exhibitors booking rooms for company or association presentations).

Please use the ‘Call for Papers’ form if you wish to submit a paper for the congress.

We regret that it is not possible to include all papers submitted in the congress programme. The organizer reserves the right to suggest ideas or changes or influence the structure of the papers to suit the context of the overall programme.

Publication of programme:

The BioFach / Vivaness Congress programme with the specific forums will be published on the website in December 2010 and printed in the fair journal.

Please use the 'Event Registration' form product, company or association presentations. Company and association presentations are marked as such and also published in the congress programme.
